Therapy for Anxiety & Overthinking
When it feels impossible to catch up.Â
What anxiety can actually look like
Sometimes anxiety looks like being overprepared and three steps ahead because you’ve already practiced this scenario and every other possible scenario, at least 100 times.Â

Your mind rarely seems to stop. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, wonder what might happen next, or find yourself anticipating what could go wrong. Even when things are okay, it can be difficult to actually settle.

Your body is built to be on alert and scan for danger, just not all the time. For us avid anxiety experiencers, being on alert this often can get pretty exhausting. And sometimes, it becomes too much.
A different way of working with anxiety
Therapy doesn’t have to mean thinking harder about what you’re already thinking. There’s plenty of that happening already. Instead, we can notice what’s happening right now in your thoughts, emotions, and body.

Some days that may mean talking things through or exploring patterns. Other times, we might use mindfulness, body awareness, grounding, gentle movement, or creative reflection. There’s not one way our sessions have to look.

The goal isn’t to never feel anxious or uncertain again (as nice as that may sound). It’s to help you respond to what you need and trust yourself, even when you don’t have all the answers.
